What we collect
When you send us a project brief we store the name, email address, phone number and message you choose to give us. Our site also records anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics — pages viewed, referrer, device class. We do not buy or sell personal data.
How we use it
Contact details are used for one thing: replying to your enquiry and running the project you hired us for. Analytics are used to understand which work resonates so we can improve the site.
Who we share it with
Only the processors that keep the studio running — email hosting, cloud storage and analytics. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. We never hand your brief to another agency.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for seven years where accounting law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to sepantastudioagency@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
