Build & Launch
Fast, accessible, search-friendly engineering — then a launch that is rehearsed rather than hoped for, and a first month of measured iteration.
The Challenge
Slow load times and poor SEO can kill a project before it launches. A site that looks great but doesn't perform well under pressure is a liability, not an asset.
Our Solution
We use modern full-stack frameworks (TanStack Start) to deliver lightning-fast, SSR-ready applications. We handle the technical SEO, performance, and accessibility so you don't have to.
Performance as a requirement
We set a performance budget at the start and hold the build to it. Images are sized, compressed and lazy-loaded below the fold; fonts are subset and preloaded; scripts are split so the first screen does not wait on code it does not need. Pages are server-rendered, so content is visible and indexable before any JavaScript executes.
Accessible and search-ready by default
Semantic markup, one meaningful heading structure per page, keyboard-reachable controls, visible focus states and real contrast ratios. Each page carries its own title, description, social preview and structured data, so it can be shared and indexed on its own merits instead of inheriting the home page.
Launch is a checklist, not an event
Before go-live we verify redirects from every old URL, DNS and certificates, form delivery and spam handling, analytics events, error reporting, and a full pass on real phones, tablets and desktops. We rehearse the switch, keep a rollback ready, and stay on hand for the hours after it.
The first month matters most
Real traffic tells you things research cannot. For thirty days after launch we watch behaviour, Core Web Vitals and search coverage, then ship a focused round of improvements — clearer copy, a shorter form, a reordered section — while the project is still fresh and the impact is easy to attribute.
